Tell us what you're on, and how much of it there is.
We'll come back with a scoped assessment and a realistic view of effort — including telling you if we don't think a migration is worth doing. One business day, every time.
The more of this you include, the more specific our reply:
- A CMS export, or three to five representative URLs
- One PDF typical of the harder end of the library
- Rough page or topic count
- Whether a deadline is driving it
One business day

Common questions before a first call.
What happens after I send this?
A person reads it and replies within one business day — usually with two or three specific questions rather than a calendar link. If you've sent content, we'll have looked at it before we reply.
Does the assessment cost anything?
The first read is free. A full content audit — inventory, duplication analysis, risk register and a costed migration plan — is a fixed-fee engagement, and the deliverable is yours whether or not you proceed.
Can we talk before I share client content?
Yes, and often that's the right order. Tick the NDA box and we'll send one first. For sensitive libraries we can also work inside your client's environment rather than moving content out of it.
I'm not sure DITA is right for us.
Then say so in the message. DITA earns its complexity at reuse, multi-channel delivery, translation volume or compliance evidence. Below that threshold something lighter may serve you better, and we'd rather tell you that early than sell you a migration you don't need.
